Emergency Shelter
The We Care Program (WCP) provides shelter services for 49 homeless men a night. These individuals fall at or below 80% of the area median income and are ineligible for assistance from any other social service agency. The We Care Shelter provides a warm, safe environment for individuals who would otherwise be sleeping on the street.
Permanent Supportive Housing
This program is for individuals who are chronically homeless. We provide long-term affordable housing, case management, and support to our clients. Our objective is for participants to remain housed, improve health and lead a more stable life.
Rapid Re-housing
This program serves eligible individuals and households who are literally homeless. Our goal is to rapidly move these individuals back into permanent housing making their homeless experience as short as possible. Families or individuals will work with their case manager and create a reasonable plan that will enable them to keep their housing long-term.
