Debbie Gutierrez – Shelter Manager –

An avid supporter of the We Care Program since its inception, Debbie has served as Shelter Manager since 2008.  In addition to the countless number of volunteer hours she puts in, Debbie worked  for the county for over 25 years, has been a single mother to her 4 kids and has raised countless other children. Debbie is always the first to volunteer when anyone needs help. When we ask her why she keeps coming back to the We Care Program she says, “it’s because WCP always puts the people it serves first, we strive to meet folks where they are.”

Theodora Williams – Case Manager –

Theodora Williams has been working as a case manager for WCP’s Supportive Housing Program since January, 2015.  Theodora is passionate about working with recovering addicts. Her favorite part about her job is getting to house people. Working with the homeless population is challenging but she find it to be very rewarding and humbling. This year, Theodora looks forward to assisting with the Emergency Shelter. Outside of work, Theordora’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her 4 year old granddaughter. She says grandparenthood is awesome, with the exception of the grey hair and wrinkles!
